Thank you for shopping at Pivache! We are dedicated to delivering your fashion finds to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

To bring you a curated and diverse catalog, our products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers. Delivery times depend on the specific items in your order:

  • US-Based Inventory (Fast Shipping): Items shipped directly from our US warehouses typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days after processing.

  • Overseas Inventory (Boutique Collections): Selected items from our international partner warehouses typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after processing.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are handed over to the shipping carrier. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website (USPS, DHL, or FedEx). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Split Shipments

If you purchase multiple items in a single order, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. In this case, your order will arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping cost to you. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pivache is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local mail carrier or neighbors before contacting us.

  • If your order arrives physically damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at contact@pivache.com with photos so we can assist you.

7. Address Corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted. Pivache is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
