Refund policy
At Pivache, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. Return Shipping Fees

First Return: If it’s your very first return with Pivache, the return shipping label is completely free!

Subsequent Returns: For any future returns, a standard return shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Clearance/Sale items

Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygienic reasons)

Items showing visible signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process, please contact our support team at contact@pivache.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Note: Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot accept unauthorized returns.
5. Refunds and Processing

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges and Damaged Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@pivache.com with photos of the defect within 5 days of delivery so we can rush a replacement to you.
